This has been asked and discussed hundreds of times, and the answer is always the same: No it's not entirely possible, and it is against the rules (IIRC). Next time search.

well you can use deamx but i dont know if its true
the only way you can solve is
you need to know the reverse engineering for the file
if you know the reverse engineering you can solve AMX to PWN
i know the reverse engineering but its a very complicated procedure
if you want to know you can ****** it

but i have learned the reverse engineering in college "Computer Science"

The simple answer is no - You cannot get FULL pwn file, maybe just header.
