Getting into the swing again - torranbestmate - 12.03.2013

Hey, back in 2009 i created my own server with the Ladmin 4.2 and the LV-FR freeroam. Now i cant get either of them to work. I have no idea what im doing so can some one please help, i want a good admin system with commands like ladmin (/car, /lvehicle that sort of stuff) and a map which is just plain so i can mess about with cars and such.
