Problems with audio SFX - BullseyeHawk - 12.03.2013

When I conenct towards a server, and I see people driving there vehicles I can hear the engine & if it has a siren so I hear it too.

but when I enter a vehicle, and turn the siren on or drive I can't hear any of them.

I have Sound Blaster Recon3Di and Windows 7.
Is there any fix for it ?

Try to reinstall GTA, and does your sound works properly with other games except GTA?

(Try singlelayer first).
