R6043 error - Daz - 11.03.2013

I've just downloaded and installed SA and I keep getting this error:

"Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\gta_sa.exe

R6034

An Application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly."

I'm on a mac, using parallels but I don't see how that would be a problem as it's capable of running games. I've got all the correct .dlls and things too.

Anyone help me out here?

Try using bootcamp instead of parallels.

just took me ages to figure it out to get it working, and surely someone has a solution?
