have a look into the Plugin development guide. despite its not written for codeblocks, it contains a vast amount of information.
browse through the plugin section a bit more, and you might find a thread where you find an answer of how to add some build/compiler/linker options.
i got the helloworld plugin compiled 2 days after installing C::B & PluginSDK, and reading some stuff. it can be tricky, but GO through it - its worth the time!
