Problem joining server - HeresOtis - 10.03.2013

I can't join this specific server only from my PC. I can join from any other PC, but not from mines. Is there a ban system that bans PCs. The server admins said I'm not ban, but when I join it says I'm banned and server closed the connection. But if I join from a different computer, I can login and play fine.

Your IP is probably banned from the server if it works on another computer.
