Is This SAMP Problem? - CROStalker - 10.03.2013

Hey me and my friend got a little problem..So When we enter any SAMP server we start lagging and shit cant play..We dont use any mods..But 2 weeks ago it runned perfectly so is this SAMP Problem or ?? I want to play samp but i lag so i cant please help.

disable framelimiter in your graphic section in your menu.

Try /fpslimit aswell

I disabled it and it still lags
