No. Only mods or ENB should help your problem.

ENB, New Great Effects or Overdose effects change the look of your water, i am not sure of any exact mod like the one in minecraft that makes your water look really realistic, just go look on ******.

Overdose effects really helps you out. It also gives you smoke & fire textures as well.

It lags so much if you have old pc.
