Wait around 20 seconds. I didn't seen an error. I had this issue where it changes the Windows theme to start up. If you wait around 20-30 seconds, it should start up as normal.

This is a weird problem.
Did you turn your computer on and off again?
Luckily for me, Windows 8 has no Aero!

I can normally go to the SA-MP loading screen with a really short time to change the theme. Basically I can't notice it. This is indeed a weird problem.
