I am not asking about reputation points! I am not a whore!

I am just asking how to get these reputation points, as I don't know how to give them to someone. Can someone help me?

Also note that only people who have more than 50 posts are able to give "actual" reputation points. If you give someone reputation but have less than 50 posts, your reputation will be neutral and will not count towards his reputation count. Once you reach 50 posts, your reputation points become valid.
