ikey07 - 06.03.2013
Well I got Vodafone broadband 3G usb modem and TP-Link router.
I want that I can share that usb modem internet to that wifi router, so I can use it in my phone aswell.
But somehow I cant get smart how to do it, I even cut cable what came with router to make crossover cable as I read it could help, but it didnt, in phone it shows it found wifi network, but cant obtain IP or so.
In short I need to do something to make that LAN share internet signal out, because now it just thinks that its High speed internet cable, I got Win7
In my region we still dont have cable internet available, so I need to use usb modem.

If you have WIFI network card in your computer, you can easily turn your computer in access point.
Other way is to put DD-WRT on your router.

Have you used the programme called 'Connectify'?
Try the PRO Version. It lets you connect to USB Modem with wireless connections of your choice:
WPA
AD-Hoc
etc.

Use Connectifity indeed, I did this a week ago at my vacation in Spain. If you know the sites where to find a Pro version, it's easy.

That's strange. Connectify is pretty good.
