Microsoft C++ Runtime error - VicCrisson - 04.03.2013

Ahoy, lately, out of nowhere I'm dealing with an issue I can't find reason for. Each time I try connecting to a server it just takes a while and a error saying

I've looked through a lot of threads likely to this and haven't found any sure solution. Would be greatful for any help.
