I'm not trying to be rude or anything. I'm just trying to help you out for future experiences.

Servers typically don't select their staff by browsing a forum and recruiting them. Communities these days implement proper policies and protocols for staff selection. I highly recommend you choose a server of your liking, get known, follow rules placed by their administration, and maybe you'll be given a chance on their staff team. Doing this will not provide assistance to you at all.

Just remember Admin is not for a give away! Only to the faggots that use NGG [GM]
also its something you can earn i already have my own Development Team: That script and map make useful things and so do i the best way is to earn admin is just make a apply on the forums or, tell them your a good mapper show them proof, etc

As all said, you can join the server, play there and apply to be part of the staff.
