Me and my friend try to ADV our server but we don't have more than 5 reputations.
So I am looking for someone who can give me an account with more than 5 reputations OR I am looking for someone to ADV our server!

I don't think so. We have all the rights to promote a server. From signature advertisement, at least we are not spamming

Have you thought of actually trying to earn some rep?

It's pretty selfish of you to just come along and advertise as you please without actually contributing to the community or acknowledging it for even allowing people to advertise their servers.
