Hello, i have an question will UsePlayerPedAnims only work for all Players under OnGameModeInit or too for only an Class or Team?

It will work on OnGameModeInit.

Yep only OnGameModeInit, considering your question, it does work on OnPlayerConnect, but it won't make any sense, and after you restart the gmx ingame it won't work on your second server start.
