I'm having random lag spikes while i'm in-game and my game freezes and crashes sometimes.

Integrated graphics. They suck. Even more so in a laptop.

You can't run a serious game with integrated graphics!

You should go play chess for windows, or buy a desktop computer and a graphics card.

lower Visual FX quality to Low
Lower Anti Aliasing to Off/0
lower Draw Distance to 1-3 bars
