Job waiting - Patkata - 01.03.2013

Hello from two weeks im searching for filterscript or something else like job waiting. How I can make when I deliver a package to wait any time for an another delivery. Something to avoid job spam.
Thank you and if you know how to help me please do it because I really need this.
