It's your internal IP,no one can join server with that IP except the one who is running it.

Your friends can join via the ip show at http://whatismyipaddress.com/ .Make sure the port is open.

In the future, you should use SACNR Monitor, GAME Monitor or another samp monitor, that way you can check yourself and save the trouble.

Hmm.. when I click firewall to allow the program through my firewall to portforward, it say's firewall is not on, I try turning it on it says failed to turn it on, is there any other possible way I can portforward? If so continue this through forum private message I appreciate your help.
