Hello fellow SA:MP players. I am in a bit of a pickle today, My friends and I bought a SA:MP server from Vortex Servers and we seem to have a problem.
Only ID 0 can see chat. If someone else sends a chat message, ID 0 can read it. If ID 0 sends a chat message, ID 0 can see it but no one else.
I have tested this, whenever someone is ID 0, they see the chat. I researched this and found nothing. Please help me

if you have Filterscripts, show us the Filterscripts "OnPlayerText"
