Interior exit makes a car spawning bug - sampmann - 27.02.2013

Sometimes on certain areas, when a player exits an interior, cars that we're parked normally spawn randomly like in the middle of the street, this doesn't occur always and doesn't happens with all interiors.
What can be the problem?

I found this, is just like my problem except that in my case the players doesn't need to log out for this to happen
