How come you can only create trains with addstaticvehilce and not via a vehicle spawner FS?

Btw I added so you can spawna tram and I spawned the tram on the railroad, NOT the san fierro one... but the tram spawn in the opposite direction so I need to drive backward to not drive in the opposite direction. is it possible to either change spawn direction or spawn in on the other track?

and when I want to exit the tram I automatically gets putted back into it -.-
