Vehicle/House Ownership - Mrich - 23.02.2013

Hey , I'm looking for a FS which can make a buyable houses & other for Buyable cars , I searched but didn't find the right one , please , I don't want a one working with plugins or sscanf/Y_ini... cause it mainly crash.
