As was just demonstrated, those people will be shown the door (permanently).

A little, but I'm getting sick and tired of seeing those topics around here. Let's face it, though- the majority of people who beg for rep because they want to put up a server advertisement end up being a role play server that simply copied/pasted the text from a GM's release topic.

No. People who show up begging for rep, spamming multiple forums (and recreating locked topics), for the sole purpose of being able to use the advertisements forum (and probably spam that too)...I see absolutely no reason why they should be able to do that. Asking them to stop doesn't/didn't fix it. Making them stop does/did.
