Centos VPS NPC Problem - undeR. - 22.02.2013

On home server npc's connect, but on VPS Centos OS npc's doesnt connect(nothing in server log, there is no incoming connection) i chmod samp-npc, samp03svr and announce to 777, but still nothing.

In your server.cfg, see maxnpc line make sure its not 0.

Maxnpc is set to 7 and 7 NPC's and nothing. Maybe is something blocking ?
