Custom Items in SAMP - Lemonaidz - 22.02.2013

Hello, i was just on a Trucking server and noticed they had custom items in there server, Like signs saying, "Welcome to trucking server".
How am i able to do this?

You can use the (new) function called "SetObjectMaterialText" for this.
