Portforward problem - Abanob - 21.02.2013

i portforward 7777 , i was hosting o.3e but when i change to o.3x it doesnt work it says server is not responding and my friends too what i do ?/ PLZ HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

Re-place the file "samp-server" and you are ready. But sometimes you need to remove some old 0.3e scripts&plugins this is very boring.
Im not sure for that!!!!

i install a new server no plugins or anything in o.3x and nothing happen
