Whichever place is closest to you will give you the best ping. I believe Sweden is closer to the Netherlands, so get a server there- your ping won't be as high as it would be if your server was hosted in the USA, for example.

Both are good, though I'd say KingJ only because of ddos attacks at Volt all the time. You could try getty, in my sig. They are hosted in The UK and are incredibly cheap. Also, there's hosted tab, though I think Volt and KingJ offer the same.

I've been with iGetty for a while. Service is good, but I'm not sure about KingJ. Volt, I don't fully support, though they have Onebip. Your choice, really.
I know of a few others, if you're unsure:
Windexon, Colorhost...
I like Getty Host though, great quick service and instant account activation.

i wouldnt go with volthost or colorhost, try windexon, theyre good

Actually, I don't think Windexon is doing SAMP servers anymore.
