It means you are disconnected from server.

i play in server then i get message the server close the connexion maybe samp bug

That means you are Disconnected by Some Server Admin or your Ping is to high

It is possible that the server has a anti cheat which isn't connected to a timer but kicks you although it doesn't say that you were kicked or whatever, and yes the anti cheat could be bugged.

Sometimes it happens because your Internet is lagging,also its an old bug! Try to stop your all network activities working on and then try again.
