Server Problems - ViperTech - 20.02.2013

I finished making a server. I opened the samp-server.exe. The scripts loaded successfully. But my server didn't appear in samp.exe
Can someone help me?

Find your local IP (10.0.0.something) and add that to the SA-MP client.
