You can't unless you ask a mod, They could have put it when they give/remove rep, I do. (Check User CP) I'm sure there was a reason though.

Look a the XX:XX rep was given and the XX:XX post was posted
look at their post, and joined date and you could guess like that.

Who the hell cares about reputation points? If you wouldn't base your entire life around how much reputation you have on the SA:MP forums, everything would be much easier!

Or, you could just be a forum user and use the forums w/o complaining about reputation. Odds are, if you help someone, you'll gain some reputation.
