Well, this include is pretty simple but him in your hand you will find
various colors because I am providing to you guys 178 defined colors in total.
* for your the use it is pretty simple, place it in your server directory pawno / include
to make work perfectly.

Good calculation, but I think we are too serious lol.
Anyway, I think it's better for people to use something like Colour Scheme Designer to find out the actual colour they want, even if they don't know hexadecimal representation of colours. There are a lot of variations of the same described colour. This hardly can get you reputations, but creating some more complex work can.

First thing I noticed when I checked Pastebin, COLOR_GREY is defined twice.

is true, COLOR_GREY repeats again, but is only you correct, I even put it in pawno when I was doing to see if it had some color repeated, because if had would give a error, I have not seen, thanks for informing me, LOL..
