Server wont load - Stefan_Merce - 15.02.2013

Hi i have got a gamemode from my friend and now when i have everything setup it wont work i click on samp.exe it closes i checked server log it says

Everything seems good,rcon cannot be "changeme" and port should be 7777 maybe you are missing some file or something
