Objects not showing - DJTunes - 15.02.2013

This hasn't ever happened before, when I log in, no objects show, but if I look in one direction objects begin to appear, but when I turn around, and then look back at the same place, objects dissapear, and start reappearing again.

It says it needs CLEO, whenever I install CLEO it crashes my game.
I install it with the cleo.exe, but it fails loading 3 files...

i dont have cleo mod i only use this due to my vehicles are modded all of them have been replaced

It says you need to have CLEO to use it.
