Is it possible to rename a dini file? I need this for my /changename command.

You mind to rename the dini.inc? Try changing the dini.inc comand and when you use

#include <newname>

No. You must copy all of the contents to a new file with the desired name. Then delete the old file.
While you're at it, you might want to consider moving to a better system altogether. Dini is slow, old and no longer actively maintained.
