Help With Words - Drake Star - 15.02.2013
Hell my name is Drake and i have my own samp server.But i want to add some words on the buildings here is a picture

How can i add words like that on buildings? Can someone pleas help

Unless my knowledge is flawed, you cannot actually add the dark blue text at the top of the image you linked to.
However, the light-blue text where the door is can be achieved by using the Create3DTextLabel function.

That seems like paint, or https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/SetObjectMaterialText ? I have never worked with this function before, so I wouldn't know, but just check it out anyways.
