How do people.. - GtaTrueCrime - 15.02.2013

Hello again! So I have two questions actually, first of all

Can you play SA-MP in a windowed mode? Like to where I can still play the game, but not have it in full screen so I can do other things on the side (Like browse the internet and such)

Second, how do people..Do these actions, like, In some servers I've seen people's characters smoking, dancing,throwing up.. I'm sure you know what I mean :L

Are there certain codes you type into the chat? Or..Do certain servers have their own command prompt things?

You need to learn scripting to apply animations.
There is a list for such animations and things on wiki.sa-mp.com
Do search. ApplyAnimation(...).
Also, you can run GTA:SA in a windowed mode, ****** it, please.

Press ALT + TAB while in game to switch between windows. To play it in windowed mode press ALT + Enter while in-game.
As for the actions and such; they're called animations. Visit this page for a head start

There used to be "SA-MP live" before. You could browse stuff while you were ingame. Not sure if it is still there.

It's still there but it doesn't supports 0.3X. So, I guess your best bet would be to play in "Widowed Mode"
