Which one should I buy? -

I'm so sorry about asking so many questions on what to buy and what not too buy...
1st build:
Does the i7 3770k come with stock heatsink; i'm pretty sure it does but could anyone confirm that?
Intel Core i7 3770k -

RAM -

2nd build:
Intel Core i5 3570k -

MOBO -

What would you recommend? Of-course the i7 is better but I have heard they give similar performances. The better motherboard and better ram, is that better than the i7 build?
First too 10, I buy!

Both those processors come with stock heat sinks, but it is recommended to buy a after-market one even if you aren't overclocking.
The motherboard in the second build is a better one (its newer and has SSD caching if you use a SSD). I regret not buying that one myself. The difference between the processors won't matter much if you are just doing games. You only will need the i7 if you are going to use the multi-threading technology for video rendering and modeling. I personally use an i5 Sandy Bridge.
RAM is pretty much all the same, but don't cheap out on it! I would recommend getting 16GB because it's just so cheap, but do whatever you want!
Hope I helped.
