[HELP] Roleplay GM 0.3x - GeorgeHQ - 10.02.2013

Hello, I am new here, I was playing and I am playing on MTA and I also have a Roleplay server there.
I want to make my community bigger by makeing a roleplay server on Sa-mp. I have saw some roleplay gm's but they are not what I am looking for. I want a good gm, in most of them you can find car on the street and drive them :P, you can kill yourself and you can teleport as well :P. Well, I want a proper Roleplay gm, that you can buy cars, and in your inventory you have the key.. and so one. I need a gm for 0.3x!
As I am new here I don't know how sa-mp codeing works so if you can recomment me a good roleplay gm that woud be grate! Thanks.

Just a small note: MTA RP and SAMP RP are completly different stories, so it's hard that you'll find a GM like that...
