Next time use "Search" but i can give u a short one :


1.) U need a Script or get someone script for you.
2.) You might need a forums.
3.) You need a host.
4.) You need active Staff.

If you want your server to be hosted(Online 24/7) then,Yes.
If you want to home-host your server (Online till your PC is on) then,No.
