lag - dud - 10.02.2013

i have problem with lag after i change on 3x,support from host say that processor of machine become to much loaded and server lag,server have big number of players.

i have problem with cleo hackers too... is it posible attack come from cleo hack on 0.3x? or 0.3x have some protection from cleo hacks?
