Two errors that were not previously - ATomas - 10.02.2013

1) If player call OnPlayerConnect or OnPlayerRequestClass and Send SendClientMessage and then Kick the player, no message is received.

2) If you spawn a motorbike, donґt fall to the ground but stay in the air (problem was already in 0.3d)
