You need to press this button underneath the players Reputation: x

It will then ask for 'I approve' (+Rep) or 'I Disapprove' (-Rep).

For future refrence...Use the Search tool, please, please, use it..It wants to be used..It needs to be used, why must we continue our arrogant ways, when we can SEARCH for the answer!

Did you even bother to do it yourself? I've used it just now to check this out. I got to 16 pages and there was no thread which explained how to give someone reputation. Post farming, sir? iNorton and Infinity90 were the only one being helpful actually.

Reputation is a nice way to show someone how much you appreciate something. Since the minus reputation has been added, people can now use it to remove the reputation of others. If you're angry at someone and you got a shitload of friends on this forum, you can expect a nice amount of drops on your reputation. I honestly disagree with this minus reputation.. But who cares, it's the internet! Right?

Don't forget that also, there is a daily limit to your rep-giving, so don"t go too wild with it.
