Is your server hosted? Only binds are being added in, the IP given by the hoster

no by mistake i have entered my internal ip from cmd/ipconfig, and my server shows only that ip and showing in internet list

No, no.. Remove the bind line, save server.cfg, and start your server. If your IP is dynamic, start cmd, type ipconfig, and input the IPv4 address. If it is static, just input your normal IP address.

Is your server not showing online or not showing in the "Internet" tab?

not showing bro

If its not online (globally) then you need to make sure you portforward your server, information on how to portforward can be found
here!
If it is online but not in the "Internet" tab paste your server.cfg here so we can see if everything is set as it ought too. Most likely could be you "announce" set to "0" instead of "1"
