Hello,

I've seen on Next Generation Roleplay, that they can sync music directly into the game, without you need to lower / raise the volume in setting in GTA. There is either now Streaming message.

I cannot remember what the database form is called, but I just know that it is possible to play music in servers much better to play music in servers this way.

Nah, no.

They use some kind of database, and plugin. You do not see the annoying streaming message, and the sound quality is high.

Maybe streaming is pretty excellent, so it comes in a HQ audio, uninterrupted.
