What is the name of this GameMode?

I saw that few servers is using this GM.
Maybe someone is selling it?

I could be wrong, but seeing the Opening dialog, and the spawn point it looks like a NGG Script.
Which is a stolen script and is not released to the public by them.

I dont think that it is NG:RP, because it have a lot of different things.

Put some more screens, i can give IP for server to if needed.
