No, I will not add you on Skype.
It seems like your MySQL server may not accept connections from the IP address you're using. You'll need to check the MySQL documentation to determine how you can make it so that the root user can accept connections from your server's IP address as well.

Which MYSQL Plugin you are using, BlueG or Stricken Kid ? Also please post the MYSQL and Server Logs here.
