I use Same gamemode script but 0.3x use very more than resource, See Picture.

Your apps are only using 170.70MB max. It's something else causing this.

In addition to what ****** said, what's the point of having all that RAM if it never gets used? Less memory usage doesn't always mean better. Less resources does not mean better performance.
