Pawno error 100 (y_globaltags) - Gecko75 - 06.02.2013

I'm trying to compile this GodFather gamemode, And I have the file y_globaltags in the include, but it keeps giving me the error

Not sure what to do, as I have checked to be sure it was in the right folder.

(Edit: I implemented the Y register system, and I have had this error before, and could not fix it.

Either.. the "y_globaltags" file doesn't exist in the includes folder or the file is corrupted.
