1. Delete all modifications if you have
2. Reinstall GTA
3. Delete file Documents \GTA San Andreas User Files\gta_sa.set
4. Change game directory
5. Reinstall video drivers
6. Is crash only in samp or in single player?
7. If only in samp is on some server or on every server?
8. If on some server is crash in some place?

why video drivers?? when i got a poweful one O_o

EDIT i reinstalled my full game and still get the same OP code i dont no why i removed all the files 1st and then i instailled it again still happens anyone know why this isuss always happens?



last time i had this i had to format my computer!

Hey, not sure if you solved the problem or not. I just got the same problem, and a simple restart of my computer fixed it. no reinstalling necessary.
