Linux? DO you use screen while starting servers?
If yes then don't forget to restart the server by Ctrl + D in putty

It is linux,yes.

I don't know how to start the server with CTRL+D,how does that work,where do I do it? It is a hosted server.

OnPlayerUpdate may be causing it. 8% isn't a big deal though.

It does not that big of a deal of a spike. but the onplayerupdate does cause the spike.

My onplayerupdate doesn't do alot,it just checks the players special action (jetpack) and like 7 weapons,I guess.
